Slender body In three(3) steps



  (1)Step

you need to Table Autoformat for 
your Diet Component of:
Breakfast
Fried egg or Cornflakes with Strawberry and
your Drink (milk) Sugar Free
Lunch
Grilled Chicken and Orange juice Sugar Free
and Salad Free of tomato + salt
Dinner 
anything Light Preferably Such as breakfast 

(2)Step

you need to Sport any sport
 Because it is very important
There are several bounties 
Walking / running / swimming
I prefer Walking Because it is something easy
The time needed If you're a newbie
Only one hour If you intern 2 Or 3 
Hours 

(3)Step

The multiplication of fruits and vegetables
Stay away from anything containing sugar
And patience, my dear 
And make sure that it is impossible
